Confirming your email and phone

New accounts confirm the email with a code and the phone by SMS or WhatsApp. For existing accounts, it's optional for now.

To create a new Univer Vídeo account, you must confirm your email and phone.

  1. Enter your email: you'll receive a confirmation code (OTP).
  2. Type the code on the screen to confirm your email.
  3. Confirm your phone by choosing to receive the code by SMS or WhatsApp, and type it on the screen.
For existing accounts, confirming the email and phone is optional for now.
